This is an amazing video that defines each emotion (fear, anger, etc.) and explains what it is telling you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"What Each Emotion Means and What to Do With It\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CBt9nQyaABw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ve been working on feeling my emotions, so I&#8217;m some ways, this is a step past where I am focused right now, but it seems like a really useful map once I&#8217;ve identified what I&#8217;m feeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, I guess the map that I&#8217;m drawing for myself is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify the feeling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify the meaning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify what to do (relative to the meaning) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>That might be a complete map or it might be just the beginning of a map. I have a feeling that there is more to this, but for now, it&#8217;s a good, simple map.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wow!
