Wow! This is an amazing video that defines each emotion (fear, anger, etc.) and explains what it is telling you.
I’ve been working on feeling my emotions, so I’m some ways, this is a step past where I am focused right now, but it seems like a really useful map once I’ve identified what I’m feeling.
So, I guess the map that I’m drawing for myself is:
- Identify the feeling
- Identify the meaning
- Identify what to do (relative to the meaning)
That might be a complete map or it might be just the beginning of a map. I have a feeling that there is more to this, but for now, it’s a good, simple map.
